Tim went beyond thorough. He checked everything out inside and out and provided a very detailed document with photographs. I would not only use him in the future but would highly recommend him to provide a sellers pre-sale punch list or a buyers inspection. He is very knowledgeable in all areas. Very professional and accessible. The discussion with the inspector at the house was the most valuable. It allowed us to see what would go into the report and ask questions in real time. We did learn some things to ask for from existing owners next time. The main thing is that the house wasn't vacant, and we would have asked for certain things to be moved out of the way to allow more thorough inspection.
