Sample Findings During Inspections
During the course of a home inspection, we have come across a variety of different defects that require attention or repair. Some of the items are due to age of the home or lack of maintenance by the homeowner. Others items are due to home repairs/improvements performed by the homeowner or a non-licensed contractor. These examples are a reason why a home inspection should be performed before the purchase of a home and periodically during ownership of your home.
